Design-wise, we never use templates. Each design we produce starts from the ground up and is fully customized to reflect each one of our clients to the fullest. Additionally, we only use industry standard design software (the Adobe Creative Suite) to create every profile. This not only ensures top-tier professionalism when handing off to a printer, if desired, but also aids in providing a clean and polished final product.
It is our goal to produce a profile which completely delights every client, honestly reflects each family and family member, and shows respect and honor for the birth mother.

1. Profile Package Selection
Select your desired profile book package.
2. Content Submission
Send us your content to get started! We will provide guidance for you through this process.
3. Initial Review
We will review all submitted content and photos and edit if needed for grammar, image quality and resolution to ensure the highest quality in the final profile.
4. Final Reviews + Modifications
Once completed, we will send you the initial preview of your adoption profile. You will have 10 calendar days to review and respond. From there, we will make the desired modifications, if any.
5. Profile Delivery
Your profile has been completed and will be delivered to you digitally (and printed, if desired).
From start to finish, 3 months or less. The first preview profile draft usually takes 4-6 weeks to receive after all content (write-ups and images) have been submitted to us.
No problem. We are happy to offer add-on modification rounds for an additional fee.
We can help. The Ecce profile questionnaire includes sets of questions and points for consideration to include in your section write-ups. We also will proofread through all text submitted to ensure proper grammar and flow.
Send it to us. We will happily review and see if it is appropriate for inclusion. If so, we will work with you to find the best way to incorporate into your profile to keep the flow consistent and honoring to all parties.
